Power is exercising control over an entity. It dominates. As humans we possess physical and mental power that can be taken higher on so many levels as they both rely on each other to execute power. It is always present. We can use sports an example.
Within each athlete mental acuity and focus is required to bring out excellence in his or her ability to perform and compete with agility and grace. From artistic to rigorous moves gymnastics shows us the human power that we behold within. The best gymnast of today, Simone Biles along with her predecessors Gabby Douglas, Dominique Dawes, and Diane Durham exhibit their strength by performing skilled acrobatic somersaults beyond excellence. They are the definition of power. Truly.
Furthermore, we can credit others. For instance, if we look at Michael Phelps it is easy to appreciate his graceful swimming techniques that make him a great talented swimmer . Then, also we can include Usain Bolt and be astonished by his sprints on the track that he does effortlessly to set worldwide records. By these examples, there is no question that power in existent in all of us.
We are the sole owners of our own significant power. We can run, soar, and jump as high as we possibly choose to exercise our power in any fashion. All we need is to initiate our power with the thoughts and actions of the mind and body. Then, we shall prevail. We are power.
