,Aging is one of the hardest things to accept in life. It is inevitable from the moment we begin to breathe. Even if we try to prevent or stop it, it is impossible. Though difficult to face, aging is a blessing with the exception of gray hair, wrinkles, and senility. Aside from the exceptions, benefits actually come with age such as goal attainment, wisdom, and stability.
Because each day is an opportunity to receive unknown blessings, it means that each day we are graced with a day of life, and that we are moving ahead. In doing so, we are learning from our old mistakes to create new journeys. Our life lessons with age become our best friends to guide us in the future. Through them we fortify the beauty of wisdom and knowledge that help us endure and surpass the many challenges and obstacles of each day.
Since getting older is nothing to fear, more so mourn over, we can make ourselves feel good, mentally and physically. All that is needed is for us to adhere to smart-decision making. Smiling often is one of them. Light-heartedness brings gratitude about life and appreciation for living. It also keeps our mind keen and active to stay centered.
Learning to appreciate ourselves by being kind to us will help us age better as we focus on gratitude. In addition, nourishing our bodies with exercise and rest contribute to staying alive and being happy. Also, cherishing the mind, body, and soul with positive thoughts, inspiration, and hope simplify the age process. So, instead of dreading birthdays, we can appreciate them as a blessing.
