There’s a new Super Mario game that is being offered in virtual reality. This game is technically fan made and may not stay around long due to copyright, however, it can still be played on the HTC Vive and the Oculus Rift. The game is free to play and in this game, players can collect coins and smash blocks much like in the original game. The creator of this game, Nimso Ny, also created the first original game and Mario Odyssey. In this game, Ny has created a gaming world where players can crush bricks, stomp on Goombas, and collect coins from floating boxes.
Ny also made it possible for gamers to be able to control their jumps with the use of the motion sensor controllers. All a player has to do is hit the jump button and then swing their arm in the air. The higher a player swings their arm then the higher the jump. Another cool feature that players can look forward to in this game is the fact that this world of Mario will be in 3D rather than 2D. This means players can move to the side of the road and avoid Goombas and cliffs. There’s also the iconic flag players can slide down near the brick castles as well.
