Liam Neeson has a brand new action movie, Cold Pursuit, that is coming out in theaters February 7th. This film is actually an American remake of the Norwegian film In Order of Disappearance. In this film, Neeson’s character is a snowplow driver that goes after drug dealers whom he believes have killed his son. This movie does sound pretty good; however, it sounds like about every other action film Neeson has made in these pasts few years. Honestly, the plot goes someone in his family is killed or taken and he must go on a solo mission to save or avenge them.
At least in those other films he was some sort of special forces agent, it’s not known whether or not he’s a retired agent in this film or not. Because honestly how would a regular snow plow operator know how to hunt down drug dealers? Despite all that the trailer does make the film look very interesting and Neeson has always been a very entertaining actor to watch. The trailer for the film is out right now and can be viewed here. So far, this film does look better than his last action film where he had to save people on a train which was too close to his saving people on a plane film.
